The 17th Buxton Scout HQ is in the Fairfield area of Buxton, located behind the “top shops”. The HQ is on the access road that runs behind the shops. The entry point to the access road is between the shops and the One Stop. Parking is not great along the access road; look to park on Bench Road or in the parking area in front of the top shops.
17th Buxton Scout HQ is available for both air rifle and air pistol shooting across 2 spaces in the building. The main hall has the option of a 6-yard range for shooting activities with groups of up to 30. or a 6 lane 10m range for ISSF training and competition. There is also a smaller 4 point 10m range in the annex for ISSF air rifle and air pistol training sessions.
